Mercedes E Class W210 Engine Overhaul

This Mercedes E-Class W210 engine was overhauled after involved in a flood. The water enter directly to the engine through the air flow. Since the air flow for this model is low, the water easily got into the engine and cause damage to it.

1. Top engine is opened to check the amount of water enter the top engine.

2. Engine is unmounted from the car for overhaul.

4. Disassemble the engine- all the engine component .

5. More engine dissembling.

6. Normal W210 piston. It look so beautiful.

7. W210 bend piston due to water hammering. That will cost money to replace.
